  Name, date of birth, gender, PAN, Aadhaar (with consent), email, mobile number, and photo.

• Financial and Tax Information:

  Form 16/26AS, ITR forms, deductions, income, bank account, GSTIN, TAN, UPI ID, cancelled cheque, KYC documents, investment details.

• Device and Technical Information:

  IP address, browser/device info, crash logs, location data, OS, referral URL, and cookies.

• Third-party Information:

  Details retrieved with consent from GSTN, NIC, KYC agencies, or financial institutions for tax filing, KYC, and compliance.

• App Permissions:

  With consent, SMS access for auto-fetching tax info, phone call and messaging permissions for communication and verification.

• Tax Return Information:

  Data required to file your ITR or other regulatory returns.

How We Use Your Information

ERI Services

E-filing (Income Tax Return filing) is facilitated through Rising Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., a registered e-Return Intermediary (ERI). You consent to us sharing your data with the Income Tax Department to fulfill this responsibility.
